Nikki has been the person in the room with grieving families, built BD teams from scratch, and grown census in difficult markets. Everything she teaches comes from that lived experience, not borrowed frameworks. Second, the Sacred Conversations methodology — the only hospice sales framework that specifically addresses the emotional and human dimension of end-of-life selling.
