Nikki offers four core consulting services for hospice organizations: fractional and interim BD leadership for organizations in transition or growth; hospice sales training for BD teams who need practical field-tested frameworks, not scripts; strategic growth planning for operators building referral strategies and census growth plans; and individual BD coaching and the Hospice CoHort Network for front-line sales professionals. Two things. First, twenty years of field experience — not academic or administrative. Nikki has been the person in the room with grieving families, built BD teams from scratch, and grown census in difficult markets. Everything she teaches comes from that lived experience, not borrowed frameworks. Second, the Sacred Conversations methodology — the only hospice sales framework that specifically addresses the emotional and human dimension of end-of-life selling. This is the part other training skips. It is also the part that determines whether referral relationships last.
